Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Orders ship from Aspen and/or Denver, Colorado.

Complimentary shipping on orders over $100 to physical addresses via ground service in the Continental US. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Expedited shipping is available and varies based on destination. We strive to process orders within 1-3 business days following purchase date, (when expedited shipping is selected we will attempt to ship out on the first business day following the order date.) We will do our best to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. Depending on time of year and where you live, the time it may take for your purchase to reach you may vary. Delivery time/date quoted by shipper may not be accurate – please contact us before placing an order to confirm ship and delivery dates if critical. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of major U.S. Holidays. Shipping to international destinations is available through FedEx. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. THE WOODS is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and THE WOODS is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. THE WOODS is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves THE WOODS. If your order is sent back to THE WOODS by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. THE WOODS does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
