Returns & Refunds
RETURNS:
For a refund on full-priced merchandise a return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange or store credit only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, new condition with tags intact. Item must be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Any items received without prior consent will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. When return shipping an item we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance. We cannot issue a refund, credit or exchange for any items lost in transit.
REFUNDS:
Items returned and approved for refund will receive full refund less initial shipping cost. Once your returned “item for refund” is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of receipt of the item and approval status of refund. Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Once your returned “item for exchange” is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of receipt of the item and approval status of exchange. Upon approval of your exchange the replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge by standard delivery. Please allow 7 business days for any credit to post to your method of payment.
STORE CREDIT:
All purchases and exchanges using store credit are final sale.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
Only full-priced items may be returned for refund or exchange. Discounted or on-sale items are Final Sale.
